Things to consider when buying your FOAMSTONE™ molding
Estimating the quantity:
Our molding is sold in quantities of 3 foot pieces. You can estimate the lineal footage amount of crown molding and sills by measuring the perimeter of your room. Add a 10% waste factor to your footage total.
Window and door trim can be estimated by totaling the lineal feet around the perimeter of each opening and adding about 20% for waste and 45 degree cuts.
Once you have written down the individual footage add the totals for you Trim, Sills, Crown etc.

Stained, Sealed, Natural or Painted?:
All of our Foamstone™ choices can be sealed, painted, stained or left with a natural stone finished.
If you're specifically buying crown molding remember that it is usually viewed from a few feet away and you should consider this when selecting a size and dimension.
